Smoke Ventilation Fans

RPZ Series

  • Hi-Temperature-Resistant Axial Fan.
  • Suitable for smoke-extracting when for fire control.
  • Adjustable angle for impeller: 8° to 36°.
  • The gas dust content required not exceed 150mg/m3
  • Using the thermostable electrical motor, the air blower can work at least 30 minutes in 280°C ambient temperature.
  • Size: 400-1250mm, eleven different sizes.
  • Air volume: 1000~80000 m3/h
  • Total pressure: maximum to 1280 Pa
  • Applications: the exhaust/ supply fans for high-rise buildings.

PDFU Series

  • Plug Fan with Cabinet.
  • It is a cabinet fan developed on the basis of the PDF-R3.
  • Adopt PDF-R3 series plug fan inside the cabinet. There are two types of transmission: type A and type C.
  • The cabinet made of galvanized steel sheet, attractive & durable, with the function of noise insulation & reduction.
  • Usage: ventilation for industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, hotels and shopping malls.
  • Models: total l 5 models from the impeller diameter 250mm to 1250mm.
  • Maximum air volume: 126700 m3/h
  • Highest static pressure: 3580 Pa

PDF-R3 Series

  • PDF-R3 Series Plug Fan.
  • Upgraded version of PDF series with higher efficiency than old version.
  • Backward curved non-volute ventilator, unconstrained air flow design, big pressure, and low noise.
  • Motor direct drive, simple structure, easy installation.
  • Used for variable air volume system or clean air conditioning system.
  • Models: total 15 models from the impeller diameter 250mm to 1250mm.
  • Maximum air volume: 126700 m3/h
  • Highest static pressure: 3580 Pa

TDF-A-R3 Series

  • Single Inlet Centrifugal Fan
  • Single inlet, backward impeller. motor-direct driven, simple structure. high efficiency. high static-pressure.
  • Installation angle: 0° , 90° , 180° , 270° four angles for choose.
  • Usage: ventilation or match for purifying equipment.
  • Model: 315-710 eight sizes.
  • Air volume: 532-26735 m3/h

TDF-SWC-R3 Series

  • Single Inlet Centrifugal Fan
  • In metric system, backward curved blade impeller, single inlet.
  • C type belt-driving.
  • Size: 315-1000mm, eleven different sizes.
  • Air volume: maximum to 45000 m3/h
  • Total pressure: maximum to 2770 Pa

TD-SW-R3 Series

  • Single Inlet Centrifugal Fan
  • Belt-driving, backward curved blades impeller.
  • In metric system, single inlet.
  • Sizes: 200mm to 1000mm fifteen different sizes.

TDF-C-GC Series

  • High Temperature Insert Fan.
  • Single inlet, backward impeller.
  • Size: 280-1000.
  • High efficiency and high static pressure.
  • C type, inserted structure, disassemble casing.
  • Air cooled type, temperature of air must be below 280°C.
  • Suitable for high temperature oven, kiln and high temperature air supply, hot air circulation equipemnt supporting.

TDF-AL Series

  • TDF-AL Stand Type Purification Centrifugal Fan.
  • Stand type centrifugal fan special for painting.
  • Advanced structure and easy to maintain by turning over impeller without opening duct.
  • Large air volume and high static pressure.
  • Widely used in purifying painting or matched using with other equipments.
  • Size: from 355 to 710mm.
